I remember Tan sold shares to Bernard at 6 cents previously on married deals. Now it is reciprocating on willing buyer and willing seller basis .

Think not many people will want to exit at 0.016. The exercise price for our warrants was 0.017.
Thought we should applaud the Tan's family for buying at 0.016 instead of allowing the substantial holder to sell in open market and depress the price ? Also, it is a show of confidence after originally selling the shares to the Lim's previously.

There is already rule that govern this, pls don?t fan emotion using twisted logic.

A married deal is an off-the-market share transaction between two parties on an agreed price. Probably , seller cannot find enough buyers to absorb the 50mil. Buyer has big pocket for short term fluctuations as he sees outlook is good ?
This also happen in Midas more than 50million  and SGX also keep quiet.

So, it must be sold by substantial shareholder and he has to declare to SGX ? Gap up soon if the buyer sweep more from open market ?
If bought by substantial shareholder, we will know in SGX filing right ?
50m shares married at 0.016, 45% above the last done price.

Seem like change of director is inevitable . Who will decide the next A team of directors ?
" Representatives of the Board have met up with representatives of Brian Chang Holdings (S) Pte Ltd
referred to in the Article to seek clarification on the matter and are awaiting for an official response from
Brian Chang Holdings (S) Pte Ltd"
The board still has hope that they will not have to step down. Wait for the news. Ha!Ha!

" Chang says that he prefers to wait for the board to respond to the letter before commenting further. "
The board of directors is still unable to answer questions. According to the company' s most recent annual report, Bobby Lim, a non-executive, non-independent director at Tai Sin, owns the single-largest size of 14% in Asiatic. His son Bernard, Tai Sin' s CEO, owns 9.8%. In Total, Chang and the Lims control 37.2% of Asiatic,   Calling AGM IS NO PROBLEM at all.
