The Board of Directors (&ldquo Board&rdquo ) of KOP Limited (&ldquo Company&rdquo , and together with its subsidiaries, &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce the Group&rsquo s associated company, Art Heritage Singapore Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo Art Heritage&rdquo ) has been liquidated. Art Heritage is a 20%-owned associated company held through KOP Properties Pte. Ltd., a whollyowned subsidiary of the Company. Art Heritage was incorporated in Singapore with a principal activity of art and cultural exhibitions and is currently dormant. The liquidation of Art Heritage is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021. None of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the liquidation of Art Heritage, save for their shareholdings in the Company.
