Left today and tomorrow for t+3 on 8th Feb for them to gain shareholding to pass the resolution.. judging from the ang brothers share most likely will pass.. Tsng joo peng is the brain of this company .. with him still on board, I will still hold onto my shares.. there must be a reason why Mr Ong still accumulate at 20cent plus.
Natural Cool board urges against ouster move

THE majority of Natural Cool' s board have advised shareholders to vote against resolutions to oust them at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM).
Shareholders Ong Mun Wah and Edi Ng are convening the EGM and want to remove Joseph Ang and other directors from the six-man board, save for chief executive officer Tsng Joo Peng. The four directors are Mr Ang' s brother, Eric Ang, and the three independent directors (IDs): lead ID Lim Siang Kai, Wu Chiaw Ching and William da Silva.
Mr Ong and Ms Ng also want to appoint four new directors - Lau Lee Hua, Tan Siew Bin Ronnie, Goh Teck Sia, and Wong Leon Keat (who has a 4.79 per cent stake in Natural Cool).
In a letter to shareholders dated Jan 27, the majority of the board defended the IDs, saying: " (We) would like to highlight to shareholders that the independence of each of the IDs are subject to a rigorous annual review comprising a holistic assessment of their judgment and character."

Ha...when everyone expect firework to happen as egm is coming. Trust me nothing will happen. Just like when everyone expect spackman to go up when master is release but it never happen. So BB always play with people mind.

Just be careful. This one always drops with low vol, then suddenly surge up with high vol. Expect the unexpected. EGM is coming.
