The option news was announced on 18th Sept. price rallied from 31 to 39. Obviously if they wanna sell, they could have sell their existing positions since they are subscribing at 30.
So far no news of anyone selling. So if they don?t sell at 38/39, makes no sense to sell at 31 as you mentioned.
Obviously market rallied because it was deemed positively.
With the news announced after market today.
We should be able to see some movement tomorrow.

With top management busy dividing up profits, investors are hesitant to buy in.

Patato Japan didn" t ban on Chia inport only China ban the seafood inport, so no curry fish head with patato .
i doubt the price will go down even when stock options are exercised. This is because the staff are aware that the stock price is worthed much more. Therefore, they wouldn' t be so silly as to just take a small profit by selling prematurely. The current price at 0.036 is still a way undervalued level.

Hahaha insiders' cost previously was very low.. they will take profits at current price and later will exercise the options to get back the shares.. this no good lah.. 😢

Lim & Tan (Nicholas): Zixin 1HFY26 results
Revenue came in at RMB2201mln (+40.8%) due to higher volume sales, higher ASP, increased snack production capacity and new line items but gross margins declined 3p.p due to higher raw materials costs and higher overheads from the new high-tech facility that has not yet been fully utilised. Profit subsequently came in at RMB16mln (+105.5%yoy) due to increased revenue and one-off RMB7.7mln admin expense. Meanwhile, cashflow increased from RMB35mln to RMB80mln due to a decrease in advance payments to sweet potato suppliers
Zixin&rsquo s results met our expectations due to improvement across all segments in terms of revenue and profitability. Expansion plans in Hainan and new revenue streams remain firmly on track. Given seasonal trends, we anticipate an even stronger performance in 2HFY26. Will update more after the site visit next week.
The company, which processes sweet potato into foodstuffs, attributes the increase in both revenue and net profit to enhanced performance across the reportable business segments.
On Sept 18, the company raised $26.57 million by issuing options to subscribe for new shares at 30 cents each.
