Anyone can explain the difference between Acquistion of Options and Exercise of Options?
Why do they have different price? Acquistion of Option at $1.00 and Exercise at $0.3675

IMO, ezion is a strategic investor. They are not your usual pump and dump BB who come in and sell a story and rape the retailers.
This looks to help them unlock or penetrate the Aussie mkt which is on the way up again
ok..here' s a summary:
70mio new shares to be placed at 0.3675
290 mio are options to buy new shares at 0.3675 by the few parties
EGM to execute the new biz and the above.

You acquire the option at a token of $1. It doesn't mean exercise the option at $1 per share.

AusGroup plans new share issue, options to fund plans with Ezion
AUSGROUP announced on Wednesday that it intends to work with Ezion Holdings to expand its onshore and offshore marine services in Australia.
To fund the plans, the company plans to place 70 million new shares at S$0.3675 each to raise S$25.73 million.
AusGroup has also agreed to issue a total of 145 million share options each of Ezion, Ezion' s executive director cum chief operating officer Larry Glenn Johnson, and Ezion' s director of special projects Eng Chiaw Koon.
The company will issue 110 million options to Ezion, 15 million options to Mr Johnson and 20 million options to Mr Eng.
