Just to rationalise things and put it in perspective
if you put all the recent news aside just objectively focus on the value of ausgrp
Facts : Ausgrp' s book value is 43c, ezion purchase price 35.5c, current price 49c
ask yourself if you go to the market and buy a fruit, if it' s worth $1 would you rather pay a lower price
$0.9 for it or $1.1?
Hopers are holders
Naysayers are bysstander
Always say " how ar how ar falling..should i sell or hold" are newbies and panick king...........
Those real investers probably buy already go drink offee, drink tea eat nasi lemak never bother to take a look at it so fast every minutes, hours.....
Some are converts, mean they cannot wait, earlier say bad now say - got hope :)

If a buyer agrees to the asking - he gets it instantly. Or he have to wait and see if the seller wants to throw down to him at his bid price.
Sometimes its like tug of war yeah.
Seller try not to give in - buyer waits patiently.
BUT both side also have a certain patients.
I think, IF the selling side is holding a already moved share and the seller is already in his targetted profit range.
He could decide to benefit the buyer for a win win. After all he already in profits. Let other hold the touch ang he laugh his way to the bank :)
Buyer would be also smiling cause he gets it at his willing to buy bid price.
There will be some staying on the byline. Looking and hope that they can have the chance to come on at a price point, they were staring at, look left look right, go drink coffee , come back still look at that price but never acted. Undecided than it run 10 steps further. This must ppl were hoping and wish.......... clock turn back for them.........so that they can get their wish price. if it looks jumbled, you can cut and paste into excel and you can see the table format clearer.
sellers are more from 48.5 and more than50% sellers from 50-525 :)

This also shows the liquidity of the shares so one can buy and sell easily. The BB see that more are sellers they will buy up and play the market.
