Mapletree logistics is paying dividend in cash or in scrip. Any comments from you guys as to which is better.

If one take up scrip,  then the price is slightly cheaper than the market, and you do not need to pay broker commission. But you end up with odd lots, which may be difficult or more costly (in terms of lower market price and higher brokerage) to sell later on.

Has Mapletree Logistic lost its lustre!

Before the financial crisis, it was doing extremely well. Thereafter, it still has yet to recover!
