After EGM, the share price might be pumped up by Mr Lim and Mr Ong to prevent Mr Ang to accumulate shares at low price. Otherwise, the fight wil continue before next April AGM.

I attended it and the 2nd EGM already blocked Mr Ang to issue new shares. There might be a third EGM to get rid of Mr Ang as Chairman. In addition, if High Courts rejected the placement of 27M shares at 0.065, then the 27M shares placement would be invalid.

Thanks for the info. Hope there will be 3rd EGM soon to remove Ang bros. Then we'll see how Ang bros defend their million-dollar jobs.

So what does that mean? Does it mean that lim would have to fork out even more money to fight the possible comeback of the ang brothers? I still feel that the price would still go down a little from here though
So there was a placement of 27mil shares at 6.5 cts...after all.
