the big money fund manager are short term as their bonus are paid by year end. so their view are short term on dividend.
growth unless exceptional will not be reacted on. nta has some but low considerations.
nta unless can result in more income is just a number. high debt is a problem as interest will eat away cash.
city will benefits from their various effort to redevelop to gain the extra floor area. ie direct cash from selling the area and extra rental income .
can happens when they launch the units for sale and rental after those projects complete.
so for city needs to sit long term to get big gain. i see $8 target as things happen. immediate is the top of projects. |

It is a well-known fact that the STI depends a lot on foreign participation for our local shares. It is also obvious that the index is not representative across the board and is mainly supported by the 3 big local banks. A large percentage of local share prices are either struggling or sinking even though they make profits...what a sad state of affair.
Why NAV over $10 and now trade at $5.12
Don' t know how to invest in stock market and can' t understand why. Anybody want to share the reason?
