Member of Khoo Family acquires 7 million shares in Zixin Group Holdings for $0.2 mil
Khoo Thomas Clive, a member of the Khoo family, has acquired 7 million shares in Zixin Group Holdings 42W for $202,720, or 2.9 cents apiece.
Following the transaction, Khoo has a total of 145,491,900 shares, or 9.15% of the total number of voting shares held.
For the 2HFY2024 ended March, Zixin reported revenue growth of RMB96.4 million ($17.6 million), up 92.0% y-o-y to RMB201.3 million, due to China&rsquo s gradual economic recovery and a better harvest in the period.
Prior to this transaction, Khoo had also acquired 650,000 shares in TOTM Technologies on Sept 4 for $24,050, or 3.7 cents a piece.
This brought Khoo&rsquo s total ordinary shares up to 68,896,990, or 5.04% of the total number of ordinary shares held.

Beijing played a smart game. What they have done is to erase all gains made outside of mainland China during the holidays.
not sure it is a gone case yet as it still seems to have potential, especially being in food industry. today most of the other top 20 stocks on SGX are in red as well so i think this one was expected too + the contras from last week pocked the profits. unless 27 breaks, but don' t be surprised to see it closing at 30

Agree, if they continue to clock higher net profit every year.. the current NAV per share of 8ct will keep growing bigger.
Tomorrow must fight with the Chinese to snatch shares below 3.5ct since reaching 4ct is just a matter of time.  |
