Value buy now.. shld rebound soon as whole region is rebounding

 

just to keep an open mind, its highly unlikely valuetronics can be tarred with the same feathers as other dubious s-chips.  it doesn' t display the same textbook telltale signals over its history.  dua sens worth

Then it will be as though someone has 10k cash in his bank account but willing to sell his bank account for 5k.. but then, market is always irrational, who knows what might happen.. maybe banks stock become penny? Lol

Already reach support level, it can only go up actually , if no major news on the corona thingy

 

Will it break below 60cts..today quite strong at 64cts

 

There was no impact between the Sep - Dec 2019 quarter as the virus impact only started in Jan.

First half profit was already $18 million, and revenue and profit was on an uptrend

Company has already guided for Q4, and we know some productions have already resumed.

So dont think full year earnings is going to be bad.

I see this based on UMS situation before. Will valuetronic foresee any bad economy so reduce dividend payout to reserve cash for any unexpected misfortune. UMS cash drop n have loan not due to misfortune but vested in JEP n facilities. But jus using that as a guide.
