Bob Low, a director exercised 2,850,000 options at $0.06 on 10 Jan 2020 and sold off in 2 tranches on 16 and 20 Jan at about $0.0766.
As far as this director is concerned, there is no more for him to sell.
As the stock options are priced at $0.06, this would be a good reference price to buy for trading as other option holders are not selling below $0.06 if they were to exercise them at $0.06.

6-7 weeks has passed, is time for good news.
I don't trust this management. So i sold all around 0.06c bagging a 20% net profit. Keep annouce drilling oil, spend 1 million drilling in myanmar, no result but capitalise the whole expense as asset. Now refocus in Indonesia, as if Myanmar operation had been abandon. I might re-enter this counter if management improve on their transparency of report. Too suspicious on all front for me at thr moment.
Even major shareholder exit last week.

Not he alone two other directors also sold recently one sold at 10.2 cts wor... those drilling news they announced many times over the years but come reporting always lose $$..based on past records dubious company best avoid... y risk hard earn $ to push up price for directors to sell... go other gd counters better... Bob Low owns an accounting company and was probably doing so service for Interra.
His appointment since 2011 as lead independant director probably came with some shares assigned. He may be just cashing out some of these as payment. Please don t read too much into this.

I don?t get this ok so here is the thing, he is the director and he would know when and what news the company will be releasing so why did he release and sold his shares before the company released the announcement of drilling commencement ? He had some disputes with the company mgt or he just want to make the company look bad ?
The little director has only 120,000 shares left.
