Any good counter to recommend for playing contra now?

Real selling.
After this round, it would be about 3 times at 27 already after the fall from peak about 45 or so.
There are many people stuck above 27, majority of them in fact. Now what we are seeing is just a portion of them trying to cut losses or take mini profits and run. Shortists will not short this stock because this stock has no clear directions currently, coupled with strong buying queues which makes it hard to go down as well.
As each attempt of trying to break 27 fails, it will get increasingly harder to rise as Tritech is not a volume stock, little to less volume at times so selling Queue refilling is going to be the norm at least until the next Financial statement is released.
Overall, this company is worth way more than current price just like Metal components, I am in neither but waiting for the chance to come. Now the best thing to do is to hold if u are vested , Buy if interested. Can Aim 23 - 27, quite a broad range as I also dk where the support is right now. 23 is the previous support.
Btw if u are looking at a company management that is very good like Rex one, then I suggest u dun consider this stock la...they released good news on one day then the next day halt for three days before releasing news of share placement, diluting the outstanding shares ( Although never went thru) However already affected the share price, from the peak of 45 with the release of the news to lowest I think about 23 in about a month, which is even lower than the price before announcement of good news of about 28 )
Also, I have looked at their past year results, the upcoming Financial statement IMO is more likely to be Good which is a catalyst for the counter.
Please be reminded that this is just my opinion, please trade within limits, best no contras, and ofc short at ur own risk. Please make sure your entry price u can stomach at least 5 pips diff otherwise u may make wrong mistake but cutting loss after just a few pip drop. Good luck to those Vested ! |
