Yes, possible 1 cent dividend only with past 3 quarters of 2023 results, unless it can post impressive Q4 results with EPS more than USD3cents.

Frankly, trust is subjective. If one is supporting and holding shares, there has to be trust otherwise it negates the whole purpose of buying its shares.

gap closure within the bigger cup n handle formation
1) 22c - 31c for gap closure of 31-34c
2) 22c - 34c bigger cup n handle formation with target of 46c (12c distance from cup to top of handle |
