Oh, the other point mentioned earlier was if the finance company is valued at 1.08 and
the ship valued at 95c, why then finance is trading at 47.5c in deep discount while 
ship is trading near value, obviously market participants does not agree or like me
dun intend to have exposure to Chinese finance company grown out of a shipyard.

There is too little historical to come up with much TA.
Ok, there is a higher low, a first up week and a gap to fill at 54.5.
I guess its slightly positive recently compare to previous few weeks.
Upside I think limited to filling the gap, I could be bias as I am not a
fan of this stock.

2021 payout ratio was the lowest at 40%, think
this year increase to 50%. So yes if earning do rise
I believe payout ratio will rise to 80% of the past and thus
dividend yield will becomes more attractive.
