PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024
The board of directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Zixin Group Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to inform that following a preliminary review of the Group&rsquo s unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 (&ldquo 1H FY2025&rdquo ), the Group is expected to report a net profit for 1H FY2025.
The anticipated net profit is primarily due to the Group&rsquo s revenue growth in 1H FY2025, which was driven by an increase in the sales and volume of sweet potato seedlings, fresh sweet potatoes, and sweet potato processed snack products in comparison to 1H FY2024.
The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment based on the consolidated management accounts of the Group, and may be subject to adjustments. The Group is in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated 1H FY2025 financial results (the &ldquo 1H FY2025 Results&rdquo ), and further details of the Group&rsquo s financial results will be disclosed in the 1H FY2025 Results, which will be released on or before 14 November 2024.
Meanwhile the Board wishes to advise shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers before trading in or making any investment decision regarding the Company&rsquo s securities.

hopefully not damping on 27 once the wall is big enough as in the past weeks. i guess getting closer to the results release price should get stronger, especially if the china stimulus may also come on the table.

The dealer should press hard so when results out,can push harder.

thought it was vicious dumping in the past two weeks...
feels like there are two opposite forces, one driving it up and the other driving it down. 
i just average down and hope the results by mid-Nov can make decent returns.
