Already SCM has lost few billion dollars over the last two years and almost all the 1 RI and 2 RI money raised.

Yes.  Money doesnt grow on trees.  SCM needs abt $80 to $100m a month for expenditure,  To merge with KOM, SCM needs more money.

Where are all these money going to come from?  Either borrow or go to shareholders for the money?  So RI is a very convenient possibilty
