I don' t think you can use 15X P/E to find the market price of SIA.
If it trades around 10X, that should be the industry average nowadays.
15X P/E implies an expected earnings growth rate of 15%. That is actually quite hard to achieve.

Using P/E 15.7 , SIA share price should be : 15.7 x 0.633 = $9.94 -  yes, in theory.
But I am not sure SIA has a historical P/E range in 22/23 that reached 15 or not.
When you look the yield and price change, it is interesting. At 6.73, payout 48c,  yield abt 7.15%.

Can never compare with SIA' s long term value.

Unless they pay quarterly dividend, Bi-annual dividends usually take longer. Like Singtel etc.

SIA dividend is 38 cents representing 5.65% of the current share price. The dividend is very good indeed and the ex dividend date is 21 August. Just need to hold on for 3 months and collect $380 worth of dividend.
