No Kep is definately KEEN on this merger, if you are aware, Kep take a big cut on KOM and are well prepare to transit into a clean energy company.
So this cut off of KOM is ideal into SM ....remaining the high tech knowhow within local companies . Certainly this is also what Temasek wishes
So I can say ...many Kep SH will definately vote yes.

Any update on Kland ?
If I didnt miss out, this contract delivery is in 2026, by then ( after the merger ) it belong to Bayberry.
Anyway , it strenghten the order book for Kep Group now.

The recent price drop for KC is not due to KC' s weakness but it is in tandem with global equity drops. Once global marjets rise, KC will be back to $7+ and then onward to $8 and above,

Not necessary bad for SG O& M. In this period of mega companies, KOM and SCM will find it difficult to compete on the world stage. In the early 2010s SCM and KOM were world champions winning billions of contracts and SCM was paying 30+c dividend. Look at where both are now. Bayberry is likely to bring new life to SG O& M. I am looking forward to a new bright era for KOM/SCM combined. I will be happy to keep Bayberry shares

Good that SJ admin removed any insinuation of SCM mgmt intentional wrong doings. A serious allegation can lead the poster to big trouble. SJ forum can be implicated if it allows such unsubstantiated allegation to remain.
