Anyway, still the same thinking, such lousy merge term, both Keppel and SM won' t benefit, hold SM better cos at least I can run before Bayberry form. 😂

Yes, we will know soon. Anyway to me, this merge term benefits TH the most, spending the least money and get this merge done. If bayberry need another RI in the future, TH can again improve their share holdings in Bayberry.

I am convinced that:
1. TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS have gone through the books, plans of KOM and SCM.
2. TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS are professional and thorough and did their due diligence
3. The terms and conditions of the proposed merger are firm
4. KC is a clear winner
As a follow up to my conviction, I hold KC shares. I bought more KC shares yesterday

Dont just believe what you read. Do your own research and analysis, It is your money.
Those who hold SCM shares still have choices. Some choose to continue holding on to SCM

With the 1st and 2nd round of RI, these guys no longer have the bullets to stay in the game, hence the grievance.

The writings are on the wall. TH, KC, SCM and independent advisers have said it clearly where they stand on this proposed merger and what are the fair terms and conditions are. Believe them or believe minority SHs on SJ forum. It is your choice. As for me, i believe the mgmt who have knowledge on what is happening in KOM and SCM

I expect Notice of EGM for proposed merger will be sent out soon. Once that is done, there will be a lot of publicity for KC and SCM and a lot of positive news for KC. My view is KC price will rise as a result
