While everyone is getting excited, the SALIC/PIF offer is NON-binding.

also, note this recent FT article.
Saudi Arabia&rsquo s wealth fund pivots from international investments.
Public Investment Fund (PIF) will focus more of its financial firepower on domestic projects.

Olam earnings - free cash flows suck, that' s why high P/E value.

why would PIF overpay for this, when they can just buy US-listed BUNGE or ADM?!

Yes. Immeidate resistance $1.2, let' s see if it get tested or not and whether it will be successful. Rich value even at current level but holders must be patience, and in this case the patience is compensated by dividends.

ya agreed. short to mid term i think can go up or go down if BB want to collect more and flush further to let the weak holders sell.
afterall the news is close to agreement only. not confirmation of the deal. long term will definitely go higher as undervalue now. 

hope for the best and BB already collected enough and start push all the way and huat huat to all hehe
