Total number of shares purchased : 3,850,000 shares
Price rang of purchases : SGD0.560 to SGD0.590 per share
Looking at the time and sales today, I suspect majority (around 2/3) of the 3,850,000 shares are bought at 56.5 and 57.in the morning. Without stabilising action, share price today probably would not have gone up to 59.5.

Property agents spoke to are generally optimistic after the government cooling measures. Most are still enjoying high life eating restaurants drinking starbuck kopi as they think the impact only temporary. They expect buyers to flock back into the market esp the enbloc segment and buoyant HDB resale market as most will turn to it. They expect earnings to improve once the measures are overtaken. Some agents reportedly still carry many prepaid cheques waiting to buy properties as 5% dont make much of a impact esp if some developers willing to absorb. So it' s still party time out there and stock market might have reacted wrongly because of the many shortists and bearish sentiment prevailing. Property still hot as ever!!!! More enbloc, more transactions!!! Party goes on!!!
When the regulator toss up coin. You may guess is a tail or head. It doesn' t matter either it ended head / tail nor up and down. What is important that goverment collects more stamp duty tax, Haha!
What cooling measures? Make you pay more tax and any good reasons to increase GST to 9%?
