Hard to rally. Same as Vicplas and Aspen. 1 time fast up then down, people still believe in the counter and fundamentals. 2 times like that, people start to lose confidence. 3rd time burst up, more people will choose to believe that it is a repetition than to believe in its long term fundamentals.
