Better return some of that cash to us, otherwise wasted on some lousy investment or project.

Massive gain from disposal
They have to use the money wisely else there will be a vacuum after disposing this star business.
That s why they earmarked significant amount from proceeds to identify acquisitions.

If can break above 116 and stay above the priceline, then its a new climb to higher prices. Now is April...only 4 months left to conclude and secured the disposal transaction.
Road block is always good.. likely their own stocks.. own self buy own stocks...

Yes. Its around 0.0295 per share which is a lot, if you round it up, its 3 cents vs current share price of 11 cents
Every 100,000 shares you own nett you $2950 special dividends payout.
EGM is a vote on the matter whether to approved the sales for the disposal which i believe is 100% sure pass.
