Both TTJ (5,000 beds), and Hock Lian Seng (3,000 beds) also not renewed. Centurion Westlite Tuas is 8,600 beds. If not renewed, the impact will be quite huge for its bottom line.
I think government not happy with the way the dorms are run. It might have some other ideas how to do it properly.

The Westlite Tuas workers dormitory lease expiry in April 2017 most likely will NOT get renewed by URA. It is Centurion largest workers dormitory. Maybe buy only after April announcement.
Centurion in the right track. Good business people in management. Dividends paying company too. Thinking of getting vested
It's going into old folks homes business...very good move indeed....good for stock as well....
no reason for the share price to drop so much....

Time to accumulate low now at 41 before it moves up again before announcement of very good results vs Q3....
It was on down trend after hitting around 80 in April 2014....it is now on strong up trend to recover all the loss ground....very good sign...
