I  am reiterating  on my below posting from  two days ago - THE ALLOCATION SYSTEM IS FAIR, especially compared against other Rights Issues running around now. We can compare now since there are a few REIT ones under process now.

The PS offer ratio is 10： 1, so most of the small investors will not be getting alot of shares. Like me, i only got a few lots allocated.

Unless there is some institutions dumping their shares, i think most people will have expectation to sell at good price after seeing it reaches 1.26. Or they already done so when it was at 1.26 level.

Debate - Dilution

Yeah, the held qty being shown in the Quantity field  for M44U is still similar to the previous week' s number... ie nothing added onto this number yet. But under the  ' Shares Transaction page' (chosen from one of the menus at the  top of the ' Portfolio' webpage),  you will see that for M44U, the remark : ' Acceptance of Rights' shown there, and the number of the entitlement has been minussed out already.

Inside the CDP website, !  don' t see the additional number of units being added into my original holdings quantity. Has anybody received any results yet of how many units you managed to catch on top of your entitlement ?  You should at least know, by now, if your entitlement has been credited to you.

 

Many factors affecting the trading price of reits. Like we know yield, gearing/debt, interest rate and many . 
There are discussion threads on CapCom and CapMall. Perhaps you should do a check over there, seek opinions over there, before buying. 



 

 

Capitacom Trust and Capitamall Trust is two of the highest weight of this new ETF, now the price is quite low... maybe good to collect some for long term investment.
