Not a falling knife that cuts your hands, its a falling sword that can penetrade through your body. Perhaps they need James Bond to come to their rescue after falling for 77% in 7 months. Just have  to share a incredible fall as amazing as the Niagara Falls or not should be  Angel Falls. Cheers

Indeed its half a cent away from filling the gap at 54.5c.

Seem like a slow start this Monday.

 

Updated chart for Riverstone....
I plotted 3 scenarios.
Scenario 1 - Blue arrow 1, will be similar to Jun 2021 when it broke down support line A,
retest but failed and resume downtrend.
Scenario 2 - Blue arrow 2, rebound back above support line B to test down channel resistance line
but fail and resume downtrend.
Scenario 3 - Green up arrow, break above down channel resistance line, but probably the hardest 
to acheive at this point in time due to the current down cycle in the glove industry. Still Riverstone
is the better one among those 4 counters I knew, and when a recovery in this sector comes back
I think this is the one to own.

Riverstone is trading within its down channel failing twice at the resistance line. To change that trend it has to break above as labelled by the green up arrow. To avoid further weakness it has to stay above diagonal support line B, a break below it could weaken its technical outlook just like when it broke down the  diagonal support line A, see red down arrows. A follow up chart on RM daily chart  that I posted on 31st May prices has gone up 2 cent
higher to closed at weekly high of 1.20.
RM share prices has been consolidating between 1.10/1.19 for about 4 months since Feb 2022 sell-off.
Thus its reasonable to say a good based has been formed for now. Last week it registered a new high of
1.20 can be view positively, breaking out of the down trend line is another plus. Higher high and higher low
labelled on the chart together with those positive technicals development mentioned earlier are all pointing
to a reversal of its downtrend since the last quarter of 2021.
For technicians who trade based on chart will be looking to buy on weakness or even at current closing.
