Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust - Why you can keep FLT in your pocket

?¡ Two key investment merits for the REIT - its ability to tap its sponsor' s Australian development pipeline, and a favourable Australian industrial market.

?¡ We believe FLT could maintain an acquisition rate of A$150m-200m over the next two years (FY9/18F-19F). Incorporating this would lift our TP to S$1.23.

?¡ Our desktop research found the Australian industrials remaining firmly in an up-cycle.

?¡ We incorporate FLT&rsquo s first portfolio acquisition and the accompanying equity fund raising into our model, resulting in 2.8-4.6% increase in FY18F-19F DPU.

?¡ Maintain Add with a higher TP of S$1.20. Portfolio cap rate compression could be a potential near-term re-rating catalyst.

Bro,.. the Advanced Distribution was given out last Friday, Sep 29th... the next dpu payout would be for the period 6.7.2017 till 30.9.2017, and would be paid out around 15.12.2017. All these odd-periods came about because of the Private Placement done back in end-June recently,...

Thank you. I was hoping for more payment after Sep 29. Total DPU for whole year would be 7.17cts, which works out to be yield of 6.6% based on the closing price of $1.08. Hopefully, the DPU increases with the latest acquisition.

general consensus is that this is a good reit back by fraser stable of companies.

​ unlike questionable  reits like sabana, cambridge-csr .

Cash-raising has already been completed earlier for the 7 New Properties. This Clifford-Hallam facility is part of that seven,....
