FLT been having good review and currently approaching 1.12 , 52 weeks high. Let' s see whether it can break out that level.

rba to keep rate unchange at 1.50%...economy expanded in 2q by a healthy 0.8% q/q, indicating gdp growth in 2017 will likely hit higher....gd accumulatioan as a fd.......
it slowly getting higher n higher by 2 pips....div end OCT........

I noticed that this stock seems to be actively traded, and range between 1.07 and 1.09. Perhaps some are making money with the 2cts margin

Thank you. I was hoping for more payment after Sep 29. Total DPU for whole year would be 7.17cts, which works out to be yield of 6.6% based on the closing price of $1.08. Hopefully, the DPU increases with the latest acquisition.

Any idea how many dividend payment a year? Where is the next payment due?

Yes,... looks to be so,... hopefully those 7 properties bought are of correct decisions, and our dpu payouts will increase next year,... Being a relatively new listed company, FLIT has a long way to go,....

seems 1.07  is a strong support.
general consensus is that this is a good reit back by fraser stable of companies.
