Assuming in the very unlikely event that they win USD 170 mil lawsuit,
The amount translated per share would be $0.22
Even if half goes to the American fund, it will still translate to $0.11 per share

heavily absorbed, I won?t short this counter cos risk high including later trading halt, 39/40 looks heavy profit taking and shorting, see if shortists can help .. HUAT

Asia has a good start but now it seems like punctured and no more energy to continue the uptrend
That said, it looks like it has hit its short-term peak. Whether it will continue its strength in longer term is to anybody' s guess. cheers.

What the amount to be funded, what the share of the arbitration proceds?
When will the arbitration proceed? What happened to previous attempts to recover the amounts lost?
