In fact the moment SCM announced acquiring KOM, any idiot will know there will be redundancy. Isn' t the CFO William left already and CEO Wong (help in the transitioning)

Agree and his 1yr long strategic review outcome is terrible. Only sell assets and do this 20: 1 consolidation... not cost cutting no right sizing of work force... nothing... lolol.

As mentioned many times, Sink51 will turn around by end Aug when they report H1 results. Just half a year more to endure for the clear blue sky. Not all are investing or speculating based on charts. For me, positive cash flow and EBITDA is much more important than EPS and Net profit because they are the leading indicators.

But I won' t trust Spore' s CEO because 95% are actually CHEE EO. They are happy with profits but don' t know how to generate exponential EPS growth. They are unlike some US CEO. That is why a stock can become 5 to over 10x bagger.

Spore mkt, UMS, results out, sell on news. Daily chart turning down. Days later or weeks & using the shorter MAs (for good entry price), BUY AGAIN as overall trend is still UP.

Just curious why you think rights issue is necessary going forward when gearing is at 0.12x, they are free cash flow positive and core operations turned profitable in 2H23? I would have thought that current balance sheet and capital structure is healthy by any standards. |

So, how to make money? Buy uptrend stocks. In US, so many. On holding (ONON), IBM, NU, SOUN, PLTR, etc. Price pullback, use 15 min chart to time entry
