Every transaction has a willing seller and a willing buyer and neither party is smarter or dumber than the other. That is how the market works. Every investor is entitled to their own decision and comments. No one can declare sovereignty over the other. Making noise here and not SHORTING is like wasting your talent, right?&rdquo Well, I can only think that those parties you are directing your question at did not express that they shall be shorting the share. If they did express, then please pardon my mistake. Otherwise, since they are confident that the price will drop further as you have alleged, it is only prudent for them to purchase the stock when the price has actually dropped, than to short and take the risk of not knowing when the price will drop! It is Certain that Sembmarine share price will be above 9c after merger news is announced. No one know how much higher then 9c just like No one know if a RI will be announced. It is certain that after merger order book will plus Kep OM contracts. If the merger order book is above 6 billion plus Semb can win 2 billion of contracts this year then I add more so that I expect price to be 12-15 range foreseeable future. That is all

It s obvious there are a number of forummers who enjoy goading in this thread when the stock is down.
When it is up, they went into vanishing act.

some investors saw the Pump and Dump strategy, seized the opportunity to sell at 9.8c and cut losses.  Well done

some investors saw it as a recovery to 20c and bought more at 9.5c.  Tragic

the same happened last year during 2nd RI.  the same people said Temasek will offer 14c for MGO and SCM will go to 20c, 30, 40c.  Pure fantasy
