Mr. Market is Finally Waking Up! 🚀

As predicted, Mr. Market is finally waking up to the massive upside potential of iFAST! The market may have been slow to recognize it, but the reality is clear&mdash a profitable banking segment is an absolute game changer for iFAST.

Here&rsquo s the math: For every S$1 billion in customer deposits, iFAST generates around S$10 million in net interest income&mdash and deposits are growing at an accelerating pace. The momentum is undeniable:

🔥 iFAST Global Bank (iGB) has already crossed 100,000 customer accounts!
🔥 Deposits have soared past S$1 billion and are only climbing faster.
🔥 iGB has turned profitable in record time&mdash faster than any digital bank on the planet.

This isn&rsquo t just another fintech success story&mdash this is a transformational shift. While some digital banks (even those backed by big names like MAS-approved Trust Bank) are still struggling to find a path to profitability, iFAST went out and built a winning model on its own!!!

The bottom line? iFAST isn&rsquo t just growing&mdash it&rsquo s scaling at a breakneck speed. The more deposits roll in, the stronger its earnings power becomes. The potential here is enormous, and the market is finally catching on. The question now isn&rsquo t IF iFAST will break new highs&mdash it&rsquo s WHEN. 🚀

Singapore&rsquo s $5B Market Revamp: A Big Win for iFast?

MAS is rolling out a $5 billion plan to breathe new life into Singapore&rsquo s equities market&mdash boosting liquidity, attracting quality listings, and simplifying regulations.

For iFast, this could be a major catalyst. With MAS investing alongside fund managers and new tax incentives driving capital into SGX-listed stocks, mid- and small-cap companies like iFast stand to gain from increased investor interest.

As Singapore strengthens its position as a financial hub, iFast could benefit from deeper liquidity, a more vibrant market, and fresh capital inflows. Could this be the turning point for SGX?

At $10, iFast' s market cap is only $3b. Compare this to DBS' s MC of $130bil.... Even at $50, iFast' s MC is only $15b...
iFast only has ~300mil outstanding shares...

Ifast has 2 day of strong movement in a row. Last Nov it was $8.40 with half the profit.
I hope it can move at least $1 to $9.50 based on DBS forecast before the upgrade to $10plus.

let us focus on earning and numbers. Easier.

For it growth PE should be 30-50times.

so base on forward   FY2025 at 30x it should be around $11.

in 2021 when profit was around $30m. Share price was $10. Today at double the profit from last year more than 60m and projected to double. Price is at $8.

the rest is for investors to judge by themselves. For me trend is bonus. Fundamental and earnings is the most important. Profit margin improvement is also very important for wealth platform like ifast. It show the scalability of the biz.   Scalable biz is always a good biz. 😉

I don' t think true. A few analysts already came out and refuted the claims opening via SPH and ifast are still not taken to court for any wrong doing.

or I am not thinking cos I am vested.... ? 😉

1. Last year Sakura Research attack with v negative report
2. Last year Sakura sent email to MAS/SGX & alleged iFAST cooked the book
3. Recently forumer highlighted Temasek selling this stock.

Why iFAST keep going up :)

MAS and Financial Sector Development Fund to launch $5 bil programme, adjust GIP to revive Singapore&rsquo s equities market

no use lah, their IR just deflects the question and does not answer.

watch their recent Q4 webcast.

ifast stock promoter,  Royston Yang from The Smart Investor already asked about their Hong Kong 2026 projections for revenue & PBT.
Malaysian Lim CC said they will not provide any guidance anymore.

As per https://www.asiaasset.com/post/24267-mpfa-0201,
the Hong Kong eMPF (ePension) project implementation will last 2-3 years, ending in 2025.

" The contract is for a two-year implementation period and a seven-year operation/maintenance period. It may be extended for up to three years." IT project maintenance revenue are lower by 70-80% than the project implementation/creation phase.

Hong Kong revenues could drop by 70-80% starting in 2026, once the eMPF (ePension) project implementation and all trustees onboarding end in 2025?

FYI, Hong Kong for now is ifast' s largest revenue & income growth driver.

I think there is some sort of buying for UOB Kay Hian which might be due to very good dividends payout or they pay a very special dividends in the coming FY results.

Blah blah blah, but still no revenues or profits range guidance for the Hong Kong operations for 2026.

Is this because iFAST&rsquo s Hong Kong revenues could drop by 70-80% starting in 2026, once the eMPF (ePension) project implementation and all trustees onboarding end in 2025?

iFASTCorp2023-AGM-Q& A

Qn 6

With regard to Hong Kong ePension, the guidance was for PBT to reach HKD 100 million in 2023, HKD 250 million in 2024 and HKD 500 million in 2025. Is the target still on-track given the delay in the project? Has the onboarding issue been resolved? Are there any variable component after 2025 besides service fee?

For the Hong Kong ePension division, there are two main parts, and the biggest is the eMPF project, and the other part is ORSO (Occupational Retirement Schemes). After the onboarding of eMPF, the majority of revenue contribution to Hong Kong operations will be from the eMPF project especially in 2024.

In addition, the Company is also working on the ORSO business and we expect to see some contribution from ORSO.

For the ePension business, the revenue is earned from fixed service fee decided beforehand and is not subject to fluctuations in the stock market or the Group&rsquo s AUA. For the ORSO part of the business, iFAST handles the IT platform and the ongoing administration, and the revenue earned will be a certain proportion of AUM, and hence there might be variability based on overall market conditions. Going forward, in the next few years, it can be assumed that there will be limited fluctuations due to stock market movements for the majority of the ePension revenue.

Guidance provided by the Company included delay in the project and there is no change to the guidance provided earlier. Despite the delay, work is ongoing, including the onboarding and preparation process, and we will continue to see contribution coming in later this year.

Keep till 2026, if revenue stay. Shock market and vertical climb... 🤣 🤣 🤣
Hopefully, they waiting for ORSO to give new revision to include this private pension business in HK and Macau.

but this year we know

1)  bank will be positive so profit 6m more. Why? Cos bank lose on average 2m per quarter last year for first 3 quarter so now other business line no need to subside bank losses. And bank may add 8m this year if the last qtr 2024 performance hold true. Cos they turn from 2m loss to 300k profit.

2) both EMPF and ORSO contribution to double HK profit before tax.

3) surprise upside from bank and Macau.

4) surprise additional banking and stock trading licenses.

do you own Due diligence... 🤣
