Xinhua News Agency, Tianjin, August 22 (Reporter Zhou Runjian) The Tianjin Municipal People's Government recently issued the "Notice of Tianjin's Eight Fighting Plan for Fighting Pollution Prevention and Control", in which "Tianjin Wins the Blue Sky Defence War Three-Year Operation Plan (2018) - 2020), from 2018 to 2020, the city will add 20,000 new energy vehicles every year, accounting for 4.5% of the city's car ownership by 2020.
According to the plan, Tianjin will speed up the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. With the focus on buses, logistics vehicles, taxis (network-related vehicles), official vehicles and rental vehicles, we will continue to increase the promotion of new energy vehicles. Accelerate the use of new energy or clean energy vehicles for new and updated public transportation, sanitation, postal, rental, commuting, and light logistics vehicles in urban built-up areas. The proportion of use will reach 80% by the end of 2020 new ports, airports, railway freight yards, etc. Or replacement vehicles mainly use new energy or clean energy vehicles before the end of 2020, the buses in the built-up areas will all be replaced with new energy vehicles.
At the same time, vigorously promote the construction of charging infrastructure. In the logistics park, industrial park, industrial park, large-scale commercial shopping center, farmer's wholesale market and other logistics distribution centers to build centralized charging piles and fast charging piles, to facilitate the passage of new energy vehicles for logistics and distribution in the city, new public in 2018 There are 3,000 charging piles.
