the price seems to have come up too fast. I believe more buyers will be interested at 105 to 1065
collected some yesterday...now yield is abt 6.5%...........
strong supported at 1.09........looking to add more..........

100% agreed, also include dilution for the recent private placement of new shares. Fortunately, have new income streams from the 7 new properties. I thought the management managed the transition well so overall DPU is accretive to shareholders.

Do recognize last quarter had an advance distribution.  So this latest DPU is for period from 6 July to 30 Sep.  So for full quarter, we should " extrapolate" for the proper current DPU analysis.

DPU 1.77 cents ? I thought the annoucement this morning was for 1.68 cents ex Div 8 Nov.
 
 
gonna break 1.13...wait fr re-rating...keep fr long term...better than fd...FY17 dpu 8.85ct which was 6.1% higher than forecast....

dpu 1.77ct was 8.8% abv than flt forecast...maintained a high portfolio of occupancy of 99.4%....ocbc buy call wth tp 1.22 fair value....keep as fd....cheers!!
