FY DPU 8.85 cents (6.1% above IPO). Exceed DPU forecast for 5 consecutive quarters.
NAV 94 Singapore cents
Gearing 29.3%
Weighted average cost of borrowing 2.8% p.a.
Acquired 10 properties since IPO. Total 61 properties.
Portfolio value A$1.91 Billion
Occupancy 99.4%
WALE 6.75 years

Yes,... new properties are performing way ahead of its schedule, especially for the three Development Properties.

Media reports will say 1.77c for this qtr reporting because they factored-in the Adv Disti paid out on 29.9 earlier. But FLIT' s report will show only 1.68c,...

100% agreed, also include dilution for the recent private placement of new shares. Fortunately, have new income streams from the 7 new properties. I thought the management managed the transition well so overall DPU is accretive to shareholders.

Do recognize last quarter had an advance distribution.  So this latest DPU is for period from 6 July to 30 Sep.  So for full quarter, we should " extrapolate" for the proper current DPU analysis.

gonna break 1.13...wait fr re-rating...keep fr long term...better than fd...FY17 dpu 8.85ct which was 6.1% higher than forecast....wink
