(THE " BUYER" ) FOR CASH (THE " DISPOSAL" ) Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 25 March 2014 in connection with the conditional sale and purchase agreement the Company entered into with the Buyer on 24 March 2014 concerning the Disposal (the " S & P Agreement " ) and the various announcements made subsequently by the Company (Specifically or as a progress report contained in the periodic quarterly results announcement) in updating the status of the Disposal, the latest being made on 30 May 2016 wherein the shareholders of the Company (the " Shareholders" ) were informed that the Company has had then advanced closer to firming up the key revised terms governing the Disposal with the Buyer. The Board of Directors of the Company hereby would like to inform Shareholders that the Buyer has affirmed the following key revised terms governing the Disposal (The " Key Revised Terms" ): 1. The total consideration in cash for the Disposal is to be revised from S $ 330 million to S $ 308 million and 2. Subject to the terms of the S & P Agreement (including the conditions to be fulfilled prior to completion), both the Company and the Buyer are to work towards completing the Disposal within four months from the date hereof.

Someone trying to mislead others by saying Addvalue Tech has NTA of 10 cents, which in actual fact only NTA of 0.7 US cents which is about sing 1 cents ..

the next annoucement about the china buyover deal shd be soon , they mentioned 4 mths from the last time they annouced.

IF deal is on and confirmed and everything signed and at least part of $$$ received, then chiong to 20 cents.

IF deal if off and confirmed off, then ready for it to crash to 1 cent.

But  price chance of chionging  shd be  10% vs crashing 90%..

Sometimes u start to see ppl shouting chiong har.. huat har.. buy har to attact buyers means this may be the last pump for them to dump before news out.

Market cap is $50 mil. Under new SGX proposal on MTP, no need to consolidate to meet the $0.20 level as its market cap is more than $40 mil.
