Agree, anyway market is selling off as everyone is taking profit off the rally.
Sometime, share buy back using company fund can be a " trick" employed by the management and the major shareholders. It gives the public a wrong impression that the company management " believe" the share price is " undervalued" . So, the retail investors, would start to buy the company shares as what they are taught by the market - " Share buy back by the company management indicates the stock price is undervalued, and the price is likely to go up" . But, somtime, the management and the major shareholders are selling their shares behind the scene.

personally i think GAR has good potential to cover the gap up to 20 cents .
