Dear John,
My view on YZJFH.
I started buying shares in 1988. Have been holding YZJSB since 2008. I witnessed up and down a few cycles of economic turbulence.
YZJFH branched out from SB as a new entity last year, so I don't think it will go bankrupt so easily without owing huge debts.
Enjoy your holding position.

many many months passed by after span off,hundred or may be thousand of million shares had been changed hand, each day very high volumn shorted, but why no substantial shareholders change hand? something is not really right here. As long as those shareholders cannot buy back their own shares very cheap then even the actual result is good but the announcement may not be what we retailers expected

To those original share holders from YJZ SB, this YZJ Fin is considered as a free bonus for them as currently YZJSB price is 1.3. The spin off gave YJZ Sb share holders the divident at least 0.30 or above .So if you were them do you want to hold it or sell it?
Just wait for their 2022 Annaul Report then plan the next move whether to hold or swich counter

Not to worry. If YZJFH goes bust, Yangzi International Holdings Ltd and the major shareholders will be the biggest loser. Not us. Do you think they so dumb spin-off just to go bust? Even if they don' t invest the massive cash on hand and just put in fixed deposit. Interest also a lot leh. 
Have faith. If not, might as well just sell off even if it means losses.

Everybody be patience, no point to argue who is right / wrong, just wait for two more days may be today after closing result will be out then we can justify the YZJ Fin and Ah Long Reng' s SBB teaory.

Maybe mgmt decided to save the SBB money and give more % dividend to us? And the SBB is use to invest in better potential business since people is more concern about business strategy and execution. Anyway, please have trust in the mgmt. If not, please sell this stock and leave this thread, no point hanging on.

Every time got this kind of doomsayer come out the price about to rocket. Kena many times already. Last time I noob hear such low price target I panic sell and end up the price rocket up. Most of the bag holders retail and nobody in the right mind will sell below 40c that?s why it keep stuck below 40c.

Put it in this way, he is very self centred. His target price may be 29c. Anything above 29c to him is sell, sell, sell. It is nothing to do with technical or company information. He doesn't bother all of these inputs.
