Basically, we can park HL aside until we see the Malaysian workers start to shuttle between Johor and Singapore. That would be the best indicator that confidence has restored for travel between these two countries over land. Given the inaction of Malaysia' s side to reopen air travel, this circus is unlikely to end before Q4 this year.
You are right. It seems to be some buying at 45 today, but the selling wall looks like is growing now...

HL is an hidden gem.. once My announces the relaxation of tightening measures, property and malls will be among the biggest beneficiaries when tourists and investors come back in full force. Biz ventures relating to CCs and NFTs are also in full swing and the upside can be fast and furious with each milestone achieved.
Accumulate and hold on for the ride... imho year end tgt of 20c is possible.

Hatten Land has put words into action with the start of the cryptomining activities....not to mentioned they have other digital ventures and renewable energy plans already announced.
Just as important, their property assets are in prominent areas in Malacca, which will likely give them furhter upside once economy and social activities progressively reopen..

Bitcoin is heading for $45k, HL will soon be pushed up above 0.050..huat.
