Rising interest rate is already much set for most countries and all reits manager will have to deal with it sooner or later. It is part of business cost operating reits.
It is a BIG riskonly when the reit mgr cant even manage such classic
IF so, you should exit and sell all your REITs.

This article talked abt the good things only,... I thought that the biggest risk now is with rising interest rates, which will hurt the NPI.

I, for one, would really like to have a rate hike from The RBA. This will strengthen the AUD further which I am hoping for,... But I think this will not happen in the near future,... just no way fro their economic progress and inflation movement to justify a rate hike,...
I am an investor in this counter too.

vry few sellers as results coming 4th May wth div projected 0.0349....collected some straight while queueing some too.....
This is a rare REIT with freehold assets in a resilient and ever growing economy. Aussie government also very pro growth and anti interest rate rises. How to fault?

If really drop to 90ct, nobody will dare to buy.
Using near historical records - Yes ! At 90c, the yield is around 7.4%, I would say,.... if they don' t drop the dpu !
