Becos he is not the real bug warrantholder. Please do yur due diligence and read up annual report. It is revealed that JL transferred bulk of his warrantholdings to another guy. The reason why im revealing this is becos i dont want the tricky JL to buy up all yur shares cheap! Becos ultimately most of the profits go to him & we become his food!!!

The question is why they did not convert then at it' s high of 45 and distribute slowly......is it too low a profit or something bigger in mind?? To convert now is almost too late.....just like buying shares albeit at a slight discount assuming they will distribute out after converssion. Also bear in mind, when BBs wants a conversion, they will pump the px first....didn' t you see the last pump prior to conversion ( 20 mil wrt)???? .They got 4 months to go before warrant expires. Only 3 likely scenerios in my view:
- good news from now to Dec.
-if not in time for the above or no such intention for good news pump convert and distribute
-give up the warrants( what a waste....like LuckyGuy2 says.....they already have bags of money on floor yet no conversion.....caused BBS only interested profit of 1000% minimum.....not like us Kosong men.....100% we fly to sky!!)
Therefore, I take risk.......no risk no gain??? yes???

Bro trust me. Warrantholder who can convert 10mil every month with $200k cold hard cash are not stupid people. They will convert. Once they started they will not stop.

And that will give us a great chance to slowly accumulate as much as we can before their BIG thing. Im planning to throw every cent i have and will be saving into this shell. My salary is not high, but after deducting my expenses i can still buy a few lots every month.

Bro, they will convert. If u notice its every 4th of the month convert 10mil warrants. This guy jared dont have cashflow la so got to slowly do it, else he is trying to be discreet abt it.

Haha. No lah. I also believe they will make it alive. But it will take time. Even with new business injection, it will also need time to prove it is profitable and subsequently sell off at good profits. This takes years.

Not easy to distribute so many shares. They have to declare if they disposed. When public know they dispose, who will dare to buy? Moreover this is a shell loss making company. If not for them, nobody will even want to look at this counter.

Hi joy if you think the price you cut is the price you would buy then dont cut.
Im still waiting for the day for them to sell off before i sell as well.
