The chance may be slim.. but the amount involved is too large not to pursue..

Yes. the outcome does not matter at all. Ppl all know how lengthy the process will be. How tiny the chances will be against a country.

People always omit the substance. cheers.

SmallSmall      ( Date: 29-Aug-2022 14:11) Posted:

Precisely the chances are so low that no one believes hence the presence of shortists and hence the chance for the longs to make money as well.
The outcome of the arbitration does not matter really haha

Have to factor in the likelihood of them winning, i.e. 1% x $0.11 per share

This american fund pocket very deep.
They said they will fund all the way until end of arbitration.
Fight until international court?
22cent per share is dreaming.
11cent per share can still dream at least.

Just some maths.
Assuming in the very unlikely event that they win USD 170 mil lawsuit,
The amount translated per share would be $0.22
Even if half goes to the American fund, it will still translate to $0.11 per share
