Why suddenly talking about Centurion Rights?
I searched everywhere but can' t find any news, article, press release or any mention about Centurion Rights anywhere.

something is not right here. DBS does not allow ATM application for Centurion rights. Must buy Bank draft. and cannot buy excess rights. Is somebody eyeing to buy up excess rights when retail investors find it not worth while to subscribe for the rights cos conversion is 50 cents and current price in market only 51 cents. MAS should step in if there is any hanky panky.

All in all depends on when one has entered the trade yah? If with a good margin of safety can always bail out with some profits still.
Otherwise like you say, one has to dyodd and understand the fundamentals.

Somehow, nobody wants to talk about the potential big drop in London Asset Values due to the Pound Sterling sharp drop recently.
According to the annual report: the overseas assets and earnings are not hedged using financial instruments. It depends on NATURAL HEDGE, which sometimes dont really work. ie, it is hoping the assets and earnings in different foreign currencies balance out each other, some losses, some gains.
But in reality, it is never so ideal.

From the announcement, it seems that the Tuas Westlite dorm is given only 9 months extension by the MND, but the BCA has yet to agree, so MND asked Centurion to work with BCA to do the 9 months extension.
