eagle , ask any seasoned trader outta there, they will tell share consolidation is trypically bad. so far there is rarely good news for share consolidation. you can google check it out.
What CEO meant is avoid being penny stock. who know temasek tell them do that behind the scene. you know wa, our ah gong always want to look ATAS

Based on what CEO said, many Funds not investing in Seatrium because it is considered penny stock, so once it is no longer a penny stock after consolidation of 20 to 1, it is a blue chip stock of at least about $2 and above, and these Funds (all Billion dollar funds ? ) will surely come in to invest BIG TIME !!! LOL

CHANGES TO SEATRIUM BOARD COMMITTEES
Singapore, 1 March 2024 &ndash Seatrium Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo or &ldquo Group&rdquo ) wishes to announce the following changes in the composition of its Board Committees with effect from 1 March 2024:

1 Ms Astrid Skarheim Onsum will be appointed as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee (&ldquo ARC&rdquo ). She will step down as a member of the Transformation Committee (&ldquo TC&rdquo ). -
2 Ms Mariel von Schumann will be appointed as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (&ldquo NRC&rdquo ). She will step down as a member of the TC. -
3 Mr Jan Holm and Mr Lai Chung Han will step down as members of the TC.
Consequent to the above changes, the compositions of the ARC, NRC and TC with effect from 1 March 2024 will be as follows:

Should be considered almost a done deal as there' s no other candidate and already in direct nego. . Moreover, Petrobras cannot delay further in order to meet the output target few years later. The main thing is about the price of each FPSO. Hope to get more projects from Petrobras after getting these 2 FPSO !!! Just duplicate the same FPSO and profit margin will be higher !!!
