I still believe raising fund not difficult especially in this oil crisis. They are lucky to be in this strategic business.
Not sure how they are going to raise so much money. Will be massive dilution. Likely rights.

8-9 range is my guess cos if you look at the vol it seems tapering down. Only retailers playing this it seems

Not that it' s restricted but clients cannot use margin to buy this stock. Have seen the notice from UOBKH that they downgraded the stock from marginable to non-marginable.
Makes sense since Rex will go belly up soon like KrisEnergy. Trade with extreme caution on this piece of sh*t company with ang mohs that rip off shareholders.
