Don' t know whether i see or calculated wrongly, at current price before XR, the yield is > 8.8%?! If so, looks like the current market correction brings about quite a few > > 7% yield REITS to the market :)

Dropped further this morning,... I would say it' s approaching the Rights Issue price that Keppel-KBS is going to issue the Rights at soon with the acquisition of the many buildings at Seattle. The investing public may not know what this price is,... but some will know,...

More likely to do with the market sentiment. Rising interest rate, trade war, currency volatilty. Funds are avoiding reits at this moment.
Also, the idea of another kbs reit competing against itself seems to confuse investors.

I' m in Australia at the moment,... culd hve been becuse of the environment,....
I suddenly realized why the price of KKBSR kept sliding downwards in the last few weeks.... the idea just came to me ' like  a lightbulb lighting-up' .
That' s because the mkt was anticipating the first acquisition coming-in, and that this mgr would do an RI to finance this first one.
What do you guys think of my hypothesis ?

Bro laksaman,... you mean they' re preparing for a merger, so they' re pressing the price down so that it will help the merger to pull-though successfully, more so  for the other party, so that they don' t need to pay too much ?
