June 7, 2016:    Addvalue Technologies has slashed the disposal value of its subsidiary Addvalue Communications (AVC) to $308 million from $330 million.

Addvalue revises sale value of subsidiary Addvalue Technologies, a Singapore-based firm that provides satellite-based communication terminals and solutions for a variety of voice and IP-based data applications, had entered into a disposal deal with a Chinese buyer back in March 2014. it previously stated that the disposal of AVC, a key subsidiary, would unlock value for its shareholders. 

The revision of AVC&rsquo s value comes following its closing of a 3-year supply contract with a Chinese firm, Zhonyou Century Communication, to collaborate and &ldquo distribute satellite communication-based products and provide customized solutions for the communication needs in China, including but not limited to the &lsquo Belt and Road&rsquo initiative, a major transport infrastructure project linking China to Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) markets. In addition, it will be supplying satellite communication terminals and providing related support services to the China regional ma

In its FY2016 financial statement, Addvalue Tech maintained that &ldquo nothing so far&rdquo had come to its attention that the Chinese buyer had lost interest in pursuing the deal. Addvalue Tech also posted a 24 per cent decline in losses to $4.7 million ($6.4 million)  in FY2016 and its shares last traded at 3 cents.


 

 

haha.. i think even if the china deal is off, they will say they have open negotiation with another interested party .. in order to keep the game going:)

D-day. U posted rocket implying the share price will chiong and luring ppl in to buy.

I did the opposite. Yes I am wrong about the timing of the dump. But i still think that this halt is about the china deal.

Let' s see who is correct lo... now halted... either the price chiong and congrat to u or the price crash and good luck to u  depending on the china deal.

As I mentioned, this is the last pump to lure investors in lo for them to dump as they annouce the news. (i think is bad)

Anyway I may be wrong.. but if i am correct and they annouce china deal off, then will crash lo...

Looking at the price, it could be a business contract instead. Unlike last announcement on the Chinese deal, it went way above 4 cents.

Meaning those bot yesterday might have ciao oreli and today have new batch of people buying? the volume done at 4 cents is same as yeserday full day volume. BBs might have sold off at 4 cents.
