There are many companies in SGX which are barely making
money, or even making losses year in and year out.
Yet, the CEOs and directors of these companies pay themselves salaries
year in and year out not commensurate with the performance of the comapnies.
When queried, they claim that their experience and abilites command such salaries.
Yet, why are the companies performing unsatisfactorily year in and year out.
These managements drain the companies of their life juices until they become dry
and broken.
Shareholders of such companies can only blame their bad luck and/or poor
choices.

I think Sin Heng not logistic company, it is crane rental business. Think good profit, last 2 years gave more than 11% dividend. This year May 23 jsut gave about 8% and may be Nov another dividend payout.

Ley Choon, hiap tong, hua Tiong global, sin Heng. Almost all the logistics firms all shoot up. Some doubled in share price. This one still dead. Dead fish
This type of counter don' t waste time and money.

Dead stock
Debt fueled company. Debts soon go up to 100 plus millions. Can they afford to even pay high interest rates
Not vested in this stock anymore. Have been in and out several rounds from Jan 2019 to Jul 2021.  Every round gained a little. Probably added up to $30k to $40k total gain but it was a patient struggle really.  With what they are doing lately, management may be taking too much risk???  Glad not to touch it again!

Just last month, the company announced plan to build warehouse that cost 69 millions, most of it will be fueled by debts. Effectively doubling its debts to 128 millions. Then debt to equity will be 2. Chasen at most earn   a few million. Don' t know how they going to repay their debts or can they handle the debts from banks
Few years back it was 10 cents and above and future look bright, which i brought in and after doing avenging down still lost, can just put it there see those on top monkeys do what

You are absolutely right. all management is good in talking, they can paint a very nice picture, all these no need money, just talk only.
They are not active in mover and logistic business, they are many not listed logistic company doing more active than them and making a lot of money. If this company make money, ask yourself, where the profit go to?

What is the debt per share , know this before jumping in . What is the dividend payout ? The directors treat themselves well only .
