seems like  Lam Chun Hei Justin sold  2,279,900 nil-paid rights shares on 15-May at  S$4,559.80 .
the guy from management of sinocloud maybe . 

Seems like all the sales on the 15th belonged to this guy. Despicable behavior for thousands of dollars, is its management trying to bring down its own company

The rights issue is a failure, There' s no premium in converting the rights.....
