timely for the management to buck up or ship out by selling and let the big boys come in to take over since so many patents are still of good value. let it soar once again like decades back. it can be done, just get the right party to take over

company lost direction, loyal shareholders suffering slow demise, hard work of founder down the drain indeed sad, hopefully sovereign funds with so many smart ppl come out to buy rather than lost it to foreign buyers
