For those still having illusion, hope, wish and dream, some facts for China as follow

1. Real Estate Market Crashed and will get worse for the next one to two years, before seeing any meaningful recovery.

You misunderstood again. They can purchase up to 10% of outsbding shares this FY. So it is a lot more than 67m which you mentioned. If all 10% are used up, this will cause their treasury shares holding to exceed 10%. They have up to 6 months to deal with this situation, either cancel, market sales or issue to partners in lieu of cash which I remember YZJSB has done such action before. After this FY 10% buyback is used up, I guess Chairman will i itiate his personal buyback. I have trust with him. He has good track record!

Sounds bad. Look like those stocks linked with china are all at risk. Any stock with lesser risk to recommend?

It is coz most of holder are all in and suffer big lossess. So they hope and dream everyday.. Nothing much they can do now.

I think for this counter, need to see how the management perform for the 1H 23 before more commitment from retailers and institutions. Their NPL is rather high during their last statement

While I am always in two minds about China shares, I know we cannot ignore them given their market size and rise. So will just buy an amount that I am prepared to write off completely.

Appreciate your early warning, comes in handy when I got swept away with the juicy numbers and CEO/Chairman actions. When I wanted to load more, it is people like yourself makes me pause and think again.

syndicate, operators long long ago kenna black eye when it got listed on 28 Apr last year, Few broking houses kept saying buy buy until it became bye bye. so called syndicate now are those handful of dealers gang with some TRs to play left right left right etc ie churning until hopefully good stuff can come out. Agree the property market in China kenna gone and with their portfolio loans mainly in real estate looks like who ever brave to keep ' long' term is foolhardy. But it is still tradeable with technicals. in the long term we are all dead including stocks we hold.
